The Marathon course starts and finishes in High Point at Showplace in the center of High Point’s International Furniture Market and incorporates 26.2 miles of scenic and historic sites and neighborhoods.
Pricing:
- EARLY BIRD SPECIAL Register by November 27, 2009: $65.00
- Until February 20, 2010 : $70.00
- Until March 16, 2010: $80.00
- Until March 19, 2010: $90.00

USATF SANCTIONED:
The N.C. MARATHON is a USA Track & Field sanctioned event, USATF certification, #NC-09020-PH.
Cut Off Time:
All participants must complete the race in 7 hours. Event officials reserve the right to pull a participant off the course if it appears as though that participant will not be able to complete the race in less than 7 hours.
Minimum Age:
The minimum age for participating in the N.C. MARATHON is 16 years old. Any athelete under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign the registration form.
Timing System:
The N.C. MARATHON will be timed using the ChampionChip Timing System.

Race Day Packet Pickup
Saturday, March 20, 2010 - 6:30 a.m. to 7:40 a.m.
On the Plaza in front of Showplace, 211 E. Commerce, High Point, NC.
This is packet pickup only. There is no registration for the Marathon or Half-Marathon on Race Day.

8:00 a.m.

Arrangements have been negotiated for participants of the race allowing rooms to be reserved at TBA per night. Please make sure you tell them you are with the Marathon when reserving your room or you may not receive this special rate.

Policies and Refunds:
- A 50% refund will be available until February 20, 2010. No refunds will be issued after February 20, 2010.
- Race registrations may not be transferred to another person.
